40 Guild Members shortlisted for The Negotiator Awards

The Guild of Property Professionals has once again shown the calibre of agents within their network with 40 shortlisted offices for their Members in The Negotiator Awards shortlist 2021.

The Negotiator Awards is organised by Propertydrum Ltd, publisher of the residential property trade magazine, The Negotiator. Sadly 2020 saw the COVID-19 related postponement of the Awards, but this year the event returns – and stronger than ever. The awards are judged by 21 key industry figures and leading property market experts, with the 33 category shortlist announced on the 28th September.

Despite the challenges the industry has faced as a result of the pandemic, property professionals have risen to the challenges they have encountered, adapted to the situation and thrived.
